1 Agreement to terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a rule of the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store rules apply to the extent required for your use of that platform.

2 Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• You may register using email/password, Google, or Apple. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may also use the App as a guest through an anonymous account, without registering. Guest accounts — and any credits, purchases, or content associated with them — are tied to that device session and may be permanently lost if you sign out, delete the App, or change devices; they cannot be recovered or transferred. These Terms apply equally to guest use of the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits or otherwise abuse the service.

3 The service

TryOn AI is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that lets you upload a photo of yourself and an outfit image to generate a visualization of the outfit on you, change backgrounds, and save or share results. The App relies on a credit system and offers optional paid credits and subscriptions. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4 License to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App;
• rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the App or its content;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the App, or circumvent security, rate limits, or the credit system;
• use the App in violation of any law or the rights of others.

5 Your content & responsibilities

“User Content” means the photos and images you upload or select. You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to the User Content;
• the photo you upload is of yourself, or you have the explicit consent of any person shown in it;
• your User Content does not infringe any third-party right or violate any law.

To help enforce these rules, the App runs automated on-device checks (including face detection) to confirm an uploaded photo clearly shows a single person, and may reject photos that do not meet these requirements. Nothing from these on-device checks is stored or transmitted.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (including transmitting it to our AI processors to generate results), as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

6 AI-generated content

• Try-on results are generated by third-party artificial-intelligence models and are approximations. They may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unrealistic representations, and may not reflect how a garment would actually look or fit.
• Results are provided for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for purchasing decisions, medical, or professional purposes.
• To the extent permitted by law and subject to the underlying providers’ terms, results generated for you may be used by you for your personal, lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or share them.
• You must not use the App or its output to create content that is defamatory, misleading, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates or misrepresents any real person.

7 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• depicts another person without their consent, or any minor in any unsafe or inappropriate manner;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or otherwise obscene;
• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent, or promotes discrimination or harm;
• infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or compromise the App or its infrastructure.

8 Credits & virtual items

• The App uses credits to generate try-ons. Generating a result consumes credits. New users may receive a limited number of free credits, which may change or be withdrawn at any time.
• Credits are a limited, revocable license to access features. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
• Free credits are provided on a promotional basis. To prevent abuse (e.g., repeatedly deleting and re-creating accounts), we may limit or deny free credits, including by using an irreversible hashed identifier as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may change credit pricing, allocations, and consumption rates at any time. Purchased credits are governed by the Refund Policy.

9 Purchases & subscriptions

• Paid credits and subscriptions are sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (where available) and managed via our purchase provider (RevenueCat). Payment is charged to your store account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Benefits such as monthly credits and watermark-free downloads apply for the paid period and may change on renewal.
• Downloads on the free tier may include a TryOn AI watermark. From time to time we may offer the option to remove the watermark from an individual download by viewing a rewarded advertisement; availability of such offers may change at any time.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Applicable taxes may apply.

10 Refunds

Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or your platform’s policies. Because purchases are processed by Apple and Google, most refund requests are handled by them. Full details, including how to request a refund and your statutory rights, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11 Third-party services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google Firebase, Google (Gemini API), ModelsLab, Mixpanel, OneSignal, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, RevenueCat, and Google/Apple sign-in. Your use of the App may also be subject to those providers’ terms. The App may display advertising. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

12 Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding your User Content and AI results generated for you), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

13 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data, including your photos. By using the App, you acknowledge our data practices as described there.

14 Disclaimers

The App and all content and results are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI results will be accurate or meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50 (or its local equivalent). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

17 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account — including a guest account — at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your license ends and any unused credits are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

18 Changes to the service & terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and may be highlighted within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
