How does TryOn AI work?
Upload a photo, select an outfit, and TryOn AI generates a preview showing how the outfit may look on you.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. It should show your upper body and face for the best results.
Which image formats are supported?
TryOn AI supports JPEG, JPG, and PNG. Keep your image under 10 MB for optimal processing.
How long does a try-on take?
Usually 10–30 seconds, depending on your internet speed and server load.
Why does the result look a bit different from real life?
AI-generated try-ons are approximations. Lighting, body shape, and fabric textures may differ slightly from physical reality — it's a creative preview, not a guarantee of exact fit.
Can I try multiple outfits on the same photo?
Yes! Once your photo is uploaded, you can try as many outfits as your credits allow without re-uploading.
Why can't I upload an image?
Make sure you've granted camera/gallery permission, your format is supported (JPEG/JPG/PNG), and the file is under 10 MB.
What are credits?
Each try-on uses 1 credit. New users get free credits to start. You can buy more with a credit pack, or subscribe to TryOn AI Pro for 100 credits every month.
Subscriptions & billing
TryOn AI Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that gives you 100 credits/month, no watermark, HD results, and priority styling. To manage or cancel:
Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select TryOn AI, then choose Cancel Subscription (or change your plan).
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the current period. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple — see our Refund Policy.
Account & data
You can delete your account and data anytime in the app: Settings → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by email or on our Account Deletion page. Your uploaded source photos are deleted automatically after each try-on.
