Refund Policy
How refunds work for credits and subscriptions in TryOn AI.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made in the TryOn AI mobile application, operated by Dhruvisha Jagani. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Because purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play, most refunds are governed by their policies, as explained below.
Store-managed
Refunds for in-app purchases are issued by Apple or Google, not charged/refunded by us directly.
Credits are consumable
Once delivered or used to generate a try-on, credits are generally non-refundable.
Cancel anytime
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; the current period is not pro-rated.
Fair exceptions
If a technical error on our side charged you but no result was delivered, contact us.
1 Overview
TryOn AI offers optional in-app purchases: credit packs (used to generate try-ons) and subscriptions (recurring benefits such as monthly credits and watermark-free downloads). These are digital goods delivered instantly. Except where required by applicable law or your platform’s policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This Policy describes the exceptions and how to request a refund.
2 App Store & Google Play purchases
All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us directly. As a result, refund requests are primarily handled by the store you purchased from and are subject to their terms:
- Apple App Store: refunds are governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and issued at Apple’s discretion. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: refunds are governed by Google Play’s policies. Request via the Google Play Store or Google Play refunds support.
We do not have the ability to directly process a refund to your payment card for store purchases, but we will assist where we can (see Section 7).
3 Credits (consumable digital goods)
- Purchased credits are consumable digital items delivered to your account immediately.
- Once credits have been delivered and/or used to generate a try-on, they are non-refundable, as the corresponding service has been rendered.
- Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
- Unused credits are generally non-refundable, but you may still request a review (see below).
4 Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to paid benefits until the end of the current billing period; the current period is generally not refunded or pro-rated.
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, request a refund promptly through your store; such requests are assessed under the store’s policies.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges.
5 Non-refundable circumstances
Except where required by law, refunds are generally not provided for:
- change of mind after purchase;
- dissatisfaction with the quality, accuracy, or appearance of AI-generated results (results are approximations, as stated in our Terms);
- credits already used to generate try-ons;
- failure to cancel a subscription before it renewed;
- accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions;
- issues caused by your device, network, or third-party software.
6 When we may grant a refund
Subject to store policies and applicable law, we may support a refund or credit adjustment where:
| Situation | Typical outcome |
|---|---|
| You were charged but credits/benefits were never delivered due to our error | Credit restored or refund supported |
| A credit was deducted but no result was produced because of a verified fault on our side | Credit restored |
| Duplicate or accidental charge caused by a proven technical fault | Refund supported via the store |
| Refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country | Handled as the law requires |
These are assessed case by case. Approval of one request does not obligate us to approve others.
7 How to request a refund
- For most purchases — request directly from the store you bought from: Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google via Google Play refunds.
- For a service error on our side — email support@nextwaveinfotech.com within a reasonable time.
- Include these details — the email/account used, the store (App Store or Google Play), the product purchased, the order/transaction ID, date of purchase, and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll review and respond — we’ll investigate and, where appropriate, restore credits or support your store refund request.
8 EU / UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing digital content (such as credits delivered instantly), you request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery/consumption has started. This does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights you have under local law, including remedies for content that is faulty or not as described.
9 Processing & timing
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Apple or Google. Processing times are set by the store and your payment provider and may take several business days.
- We aim to respond to refund-related emails within a reasonable time, typically a few business days.
- Any refund granted is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected purchase.
